Discussion on exploitation and utilization of underground water Resources in North China Plain——takes Zhengzhou city as an example
浅谈我国华北平原地区地下水资源开发利用和保护对策——以郑州市为例

摘要

近30年来，随着我国经济社会的快速发展，城市水资源供需矛盾日益突出，尤其是我国华北平原地区。由于地下水资源毫无节制地开发利用，导致地下水严重超采，并由此引发了地下水水位下降、地下水污染等一系列生态环境问题，严重影响地下水资源的可持续利用。基于此，本文以水资源缺乏的郑州市为例，通过调查分析郑州市地下水资源的分布、开发利用现状及超采情况，提出了节约用水、优化水资源配置、控制地下水开采、加强地下水资源保护等对策措施，以期为我国华北平原地区地下水资源合理开发利用和保护提供参考。

Abstract

In the past 30 years, with the rapid development of China's economy and society, the contradiction between supply and demand of urban water resources has become increasingly prominent, especially in the North China Plain area. Due to the uncontrolled exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources, the groundwater is seriously overmined, which causes a series of ecological and environmental problems such as groundwater level decline and groundwater pollution, which seriously affects the sustainable utilization of groundwater resources. Based on this, this paper takes the lack of water resources in Zhengzhou city, for example, through the investigation and analysis of groundwater resources distribution, development and utilization and excessive extraction, puts forward water conservation, optimizing water resources allocation, control groundwater exploitation, strengthen the protection of groundwater resources countermeasures, in order to provide reference for the rational development and utilization of groundwater resources in the north China plain.
